Learning Objective/培訓內容
通過實際建模的案例分析和講解，梳理如何收集數據、整理分析模型結果、優化模型并最終得到滿意的模擬結果，強化解決實際問題的能力；
通過問題討論與交流，便于對課程學習的掌握和回顧，及時解決學習過程的問題，并加強學員和老師的互動交流。
■ 本次研討班將GastroPlus軟件在制劑、DMPK以及臨床藥理研究方向的內容整合到一起，以便學員全面梳理不同學科的理論以及對藥物PK的共同作用。進而深入了解跨種屬的PK外推(首次人體PK預測)、溶出體內外相關性與安全空間的建立、虛擬等效性考察和基于BE風險的生物豁免應用、食物/藥物-藥物(DDI, PPI, FDI)的建模與預測以及特定人群PK的預測和應用，以全面掌握從藥物發現到臨床開發的整套流程中如何使用PBPK的模型。
